Amanda Holden is an English actress, presenter, and singer. She is the daughter of Judith Mary (Harrison), a secretary, and Frank Vallely Holden, a petty officer in the Merchant Navy.
Amanda’s paternal grandparents were Frank Holden (the son of George Henry Holden) and Grace Carridge (the daughter of Richard Carridge).
Amanda’s maternal grandparents were Albert Victor Harrison and Dora Ethel Florence Thomas. Dora’s grandfather was Louis Colin Thomas, who was from Truro, Cornwall.
