Cressida Bonas is an English actress and model. She is the daughter of Lady Mary Gaye Georgiana Lorna Curzon-Howe and Jeffrey Bonas, an entrepreneur.
Through her Spencer-Churchill line, she is a first cousin, three times removed, of Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Through her maternal grandfather, Cressida is also a half-first cousin, once removed, of actress Dafne Keen.
Before marrying Cressida’s father, Cressida’s mother was married to John Austen Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, the father of model and actress Gabriella Wilde.

Cressida’s maternal grandmother was Grace Lilian Barker Wakeling, Countess Howe (the daughter of Stephen Frederick Wakeling and Mary Anna Hartley Tarr). Stephen was the son of Edward French Wakeling and Susannah Greygoose. Mary Anna was the daughter of Cornelius John Tarr and Grace Hannah Davies, who were both born in South Africa.
