Kent Osborne is an American screenwriter, actor, film producer, and television producer.

Kent is the son of Paulette and Jeffrey Osborne.

Kent’s brother, Mark, is also a film producer. They were raised in Vermont and New Jersey.

Kent’s paternal grandfather was Ralph/Raleph Elbert Osborne (the son of Seth Watson Osborne and Augusta Moore Weller). Ralph was born in New Jersey. Seth was born in Connecticut, the son of James L. Osborne and Caroline M. Farvour/Farver. Augusta was born in New Jersey, the daughter of Henry Harrison Weller and Ella Beekman Quick.

Kent’s paternal grandmother was Lorraine Minen (the daughter of Benjamin Salowik and Helen Minen).

Kent’s maternal grandfather was Paul Michael Hubans (the son of Charles Hubans and Sophia Durbal/Derbhly). Paul was born in Pennsylvania, to parents from Czechoslovakia, who were Slovak speakers.

Kent’s maternal grandmother was Elizabeth Marie “Betty” Reday (the daughter of John Reday and Elizabeth). Kent’s grandmother Elizabeth was born in Pennsylvania. John was born in Pennsylvania, to parents from Czechoslovakia, George Reday and Mary Charbon, who were Slovak. Kent’s great-grandmother Elizabeth was born in Pennsylvania, also to parents from Czechoslovakia.
