Tracy’s paternal grandparents were Charles Haskell Letts (the son of Frank B. Letts and Susan L. Barber) and Hazel Brady (the daughter of John James Brady and Cammie Lou Cothrun).
Tracy’s maternal grandparents were William C. Gipson (the son of Alma Osborn) and Virginia M. Barnes.
