Ben Bass is an American-Canadian television and stage actor. He is perhaps best known for his starring role as Officer Sam Swarek on the GlobalTV police drama Rookie Blue, which also airs on the ABC Channel.
Ben was born in Baltimore, Maryland. At age seven, he moved with his family to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He speaks French fluently. Ben married actress Laura Carswell on June 14, 2011.
